Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ParkBeast Wait Times, a mobile app provided by ParkBeast ("ParkBeast," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using ParkBeast Wait Times, you agree to these Terms and the ParkBeast Wait Times Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

ParkBeast Wait Times provides theme park information and convenience features, including Walt Disney World wait times, attraction details, park hours, favorites, pinned attractions, widgets, optional location-based sorting, and optional wait-time alerts.

The app is for informational and convenience purposes only. Park hours, wait times, attraction status, entertainment, operating conditions, and related information can change quickly and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

No Affiliation

ParkBeast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney, or any related entity. All third-party trademarks, attraction names, park names, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the app only if you can legally agree to these Terms. ParkBeast Wait Times is intended for a general audience and does not require or offer a ParkBeast account. Purchases are associated with the Apple Account used through the App Store, not with a ParkBeast account.

Advertising

The free version of the app may display third-party advertising supplied through Google AdMob. Ad availability, format, content, and frequency may vary. ParkBeast does not endorse and is not responsible for products, services, websites, or content advertised by third parties.

An active eligible ParkBeast Premium purchase removes ParkBeast's in-app banner ad placements while the entitlement remains active. It does not remove content, promotions, or links that are part of third-party data or services.

ParkBeast Premium Purchases

ParkBeast Premium currently provides an ad-free app experience. Wait-time alerts and other free app features are not represented as exclusive paid benefits unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise.

The app may offer a non-renewing 10-day pass and auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions. The product, duration, price, currency, and any applicable taxes are displayed by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront. No free trial is currently offered unless one is expressly shown on the App Store purchase sheet.

10-Day Pass

The 10-day pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. Its access period begins at the purchase date recorded by Apple and expires 10 consecutive days later. It does not pause based on app usage and does not automatically renew.

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and for each renewal under the App Store terms and the price shown by Apple.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals but generally does not end access before the current paid period expires.

Where Apple permits a monthly-to-annual upgrade, Apple controls when the change takes effect and any charge, credit, or prorated refund. ParkBeast does not calculate or issue that adjustment.

Billing, Refunds, and Restoration

Apple processes all payments, billing, cancellations, and refund requests. ParkBeast does not receive your full payment-card details and cannot directly issue App Store refunds. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.

You may use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoration requires Apple to verify an eligible transaction. A pending, expired, refunded, revoked, unverified, or otherwise ineligible transaction does not provide Premium access. Deleting the app does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription.

Alerts and Notifications

Wait-time alerts are a convenience feature and are not guaranteed. Notifications may be delayed, duplicated, suppressed, or not delivered because of device settings, network conditions, operating-system behavior, Firebase or Apple services, upstream data, cooldowns, app configuration, service limits, or other factors.

The backend currently accepts up to 20 alert rules per app installation. We may apply reasonable technical, security, or abuse-prevention limits and may change those limits as the service evolves.

Do not rely on an alert as your only source for park operations or time-sensitive decisions. Alerts do not reserve access to an attraction or guarantee that a posted wait time or attraction status will remain available.

App Permissions

Location permission may be used to detect the park you are visiting and sort nearby attractions first. Notification permission may be used to send optional wait-time alerts. You can manage permissions through the app or your device settings.

Third-Party Services and Data

The app uses third-party services, including Apple, Firebase, Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform, and ThemeParks.wiki. Third-party services and data may be subject to their own terms, policies, availability, limits, and restrictions.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, advertising, data changes, billing decisions, refund decisions, or restrictions. Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms and end-user license terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; interfere with the app or its services; bypass security, purchase verification, advertising, rate limits, App Check, or service limits; reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as allowed by law; use automation that places an unreasonable load on the service; or damage ParkBeast, users, providers, or third parties.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, branding, text, graphics, and other original content, is owned by ParkBeast or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use under these Terms and applicable Apple license terms.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant ParkBeast permission to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Disclaimers

The app and all Premium features are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkBeast disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app, ads, purchases, restoration, wait-time data, widgets, location features, or alerts will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free. Always confirm important information with official park sources.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkBeast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, inaccurate information, missed or duplicate alerts, missed attractions, travel costs, purchase decisions, or similar losses arising from or related to your use of the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkBeast's total liability for any claim related to the app, a purchase, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for ParkBeast Wait Times in the 12 months before the claim or $10. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Changes and Availability

We may update, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the app or any free feature at any time. We may change future Premium offerings and prices, subject to Apple's requirements and applicable law. Changes do not alter an already completed purchase except as permitted by Apple, applicable law, or these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, or created risk. You may stop using the app at any time. Stopping use or deleting the app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the U.S. state in which ParkBeast principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise.
